Our boutique is designed to offer the customer a relaxing and comfortable environment to shop.Qualifications
- Working experience in retails/customer service (preferred)
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (preferred)
- Flexible availability - including weekends, and holidays
- Greet the customers over the phone or in person with a sincere, friendly enthusiasm. Communicate in a clear, succinct manner, modifying your approach to fit their needs.
- Send out reminders for the next appointments to ensure whether the customers would attend for the appointments or would like to reschdule.
- Accountable for delivering great service to multiple customers at once and helping the store to reach high customer service standards. Handle customers complaints confidently and proactively. Recognize when to escalate and work with the management team.
- Review customers profiles through systems to understand their preferences, needs. Setup the fitting room and promote suitable services for each customer.
- Check and confirm the booking calendar, make appointments based on requirements and follow up for future sales
- Record sales payments following the standard process, fill in the required sales documents.
- Ensure all rented dresses and accessories are packed well and stored properly.
- Uphold store standards (tidy, well-organized, and prepared for promotions) to ensure a perfect customer experience. Inform the store management of any damaged or broken equipment.
