Job Description
Are you passionate about craft beer and getting hands-on brewing from grain to glass? T-Rex Brewery is seeking an experienced Brewer to join our team.
This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with practical brewing and cellar experience who takes pride in quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
You will work closely with the Head Brewer to brew our established recipes, maintain quality standards, canning, and support day-to-day brewery operations. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement.
What You'll Do
Hands?on brewing and cellar work -- mash, boil, ferment, condition, and package. Ensuring quality & cleanliness at every step of the process. Operate our canning and kegging lines. Keep accurate production and brewing records. Be part of continuously improving processes and keeping things fun and efficient.
Who You Are
Someone with real brewing experience, ideally in a commercial brewery. Organized, detail-oriented, and good with records. A good communicator who enjoys working closely with a crew. Physically able to handle brewery work (lifting, lifting, climbing, cleaning, etc.).
