Position Overview:

Are you a talented craft brewer ready to take your skills to the next level? Tool Shed is looking for a brewer who is passionate about bringing our award-winning craft and dealcoholized beers to life. Whether it's on our large scale brewhouse or our pilot system, we want your passion for innovation, quality, and efficiency to shine.

This is a full time role where the successful candidate will be expected to bring their experience and expertise to help Tool Shed deliver best-in-class process, quality, efficiency, and of course, beer!

Key Responsibilities:

Produce beer according to quality & sanitation standards Ensure cleanliness of brewing equipment, cellar, and brewery spaces Communicate with brewing and packaging teams to ensure efficient operation of the brewery Record brewing and cellaring activities in Ekos, ensure accurate green and brite beer transfers Develop and brew test recipes for new beers Collaborate brilliantly with other departments Lift push and/or pull 50kg as required Additional duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience brewing & cellaring Effective communication skills Effective time management skills Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player Strong technical knowledge brewing, cellaring, and packaging beer Pro-Serve Certification Eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$57,500.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
