Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently.
Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies while minimizing waste.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
Develop new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Skills
