Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while leading a dedicated kitchen staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies while minimizing waste.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
• Develop new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Skills
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.45-$23.10 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
