Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards. Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu specifications. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen stock. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required. Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
