Full Time Baker

La Belle Baguette is a local bakery located in the heart of Winnipeg's, St. Boniface. Here at La Belle Baguette, we strive to consistently create a delicious, high-quality product that our customers will love. Our team is very hard working, positive, possess excellent time management skills and are friendly and energetic. We are looking to expand our team by having a part time baker to help with cinnamon buns, tarts, doughs ,ect.

Skills + Experience:

- Pastry training or kitchen experience is required

- Experience with making tarts, cinnamon buns, breads, croissants

- Good with time management

- Good communication skills

- Strong work ethic

- French is not required but is preferred

Responsibilities + Expectations:

- Making assorted breads: sourdough, baguettes, and other artisanal doughs

- Making danishes and cinnamon buns

- Organize orders

- Good at communicating with the rest of the team

- Able to carry over 20 pounds

- Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace

Location: 248 Ave. De La Cathedrale, Winnipeg, MB

Part Time Hours: 30-40 hours per week (must be available weekends) Kitchen experience is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
