Position Overview



The Brand Specialist plays a key role in strengthening TLG Canada's presence across international markets through agency support, partner training, and brand alignment. This position focuses on business development and student recruitment enablement, ensuring that partner agencies and representatives effectively promote TLG Canada's programs in alignment with our overall branding and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Agency Partnership Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with agency partners in coordination with business development team to ensure agencies are well-informed about our ESL programs and capable of effectively promoting our offerings to prospective students. Collaborate on regional and group projects that support recruitment objectives. Brand Alignment: Collaborate with agency partners to ensure they accurately represent our brand, values, and programs to potential students in their respective regions. Provide them with the necessary brand materials and guidelines. Customized Content Development: Work closely with agencies and marketing team to create region-specific marketing materials and content that resonate with local audiences, including digital assets, brochures, and promotional videos. Market Insights: Stay updated on language studies market trends and cultural nuances of recruitment regions and share this knowledge with agency partners for more informed decision-making. Training and Support: Develop comprehensive training programs and resources for c agency partners, equipping them with in-depth knowledge of our courses, admissions processes, and student support services tailored to each region. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency partners in each region, providing regular feedback to enhance their effectiveness in promoting our school. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and integration of region-specific agency support initiatives into broader marketing strategies. Data Analysis: Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to agency-driven enrollments and their impact on the school's brand presence in the recruitment regions. Marketing campaigns: collaborate with marketing team on marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media management, and content creation. Marketing strategies: contribute to development of marketing strategies to enhance the school's brand presence. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements



University or college degree required. Proven experience in brand management and partner support, particularly within international education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain agency relationships. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
