Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is ideal for a marketing leader who excels at translating product capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives. You'll collaborate across sales, product, and customer success teams to shape Gravity's value proposition, execute integrated campaigns, and differentiate us in the market.
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on strengthening Gravity's brand identity and product positioning within the public sector finance space. You'll develop and execute campaigns that enhance awareness, drive adoption, and establish Gravity as the go-to solution for finance leaders in government. Success in this role will require a mix of strategic thinking, customer insight, and execution excellence.
What You'll Do:
• Refine & Elevate Market Positioning:
Craft a clear, compelling value proposition that resonates with public sector finance leaders. Ensure Gravity's messaging aligns with customer pain points and industry trends.
• Leverage Customer Insights:
Partner with customer success to gather and analyze insights from interviews, surveys, and product usage data. Use these insights to refine buyer personas and tailor messaging.
• Translate Product Capabilities into Business Value:
Work closely with product management to develop compelling narratives around new features, ensuring that marketing content focuses on customer outcomes and business impact.
• Equip Sales with Winning Tools:
Develop battle cards, product presentations, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials to help sales teams articulate Gravity's unique value.
• Lead Thought Leadership & Content Strategy:
Execute a content-driven social media and PR strategy, highlighting thought leadership, customer success stories, and product innovations.
• Drive Media & Analyst Relations:
Partner with the CMO to build media relationships and secure press coverage that enhances brand credibility. Manage analyst briefings to increase Gravity's visibility in the industry.
• Execute Competitive Takeout & Partner Co-Marketing:
Lead competitive differentiation campaigns and collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
• Own Product Launch Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and releases, ensuring alignment across sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Optimize Brand & Product Marketing Performance:
Track key performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on engagement data and campaign effectiveness.

• Experience: 8+ years in brand or product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technology-driven organization. GovTech experience is a plus.
• Expertise: Proven success in branding, product marketing, and integrated campaign execution.
• Data-Driven: Strong ability to measure and optimize brand awareness and product marketing impact.
• Sales Enablement: Experience creating sales tools, messaging frameworks, and competitive analysis.
