What will your typical day look like?



  • Responsible for end-to-end global brand portfolio management for Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s agile masterbrand, with a keen understanding of where flex is needed and how/where standards support business strategies (and ultimately a SME in the Deloitte brand standards)
  • Act as escalation point for portfolio governance manager for brand identity and naming review/approvals, issue resolution, identity consults (across all applications, from mobile apps to pursuits and everything in between), etc., to ensure cross-border consistency of application of standards
  • Lead Brand Space platform refresh and daily ownership and management of all content on Brand Space \xe2\x80\x93 Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s global brand asset management system (including author of monthly Brand Space newsletter, evaluate Story Space and Brand Space platform monthly metrics report and budget, refresh of login screen, MFA screen, mega menu updates)
  • PMO for the Green Globes, the global internal awards program that spotlights the most innovative, impactful, and boundary-pushing marketing and brand work produced on behalf of Deloitte. Lead and oversee the entire program, from pre-planning to announcement comms, to recognition of winners to the wrap up. A direct report will support the logistics.
  • Own the relationship, on behalf of Deloitte, with Brand Space and Story Space vendor, driving strategic planning for the platforms
  • Support collaboration across Alignment & Optimization group, Global Brand & Marketing team, Deloitte in-house and external creative agencies, and key member firm and business stakeholders to maintain vitality and relevance of standards
  • Lead day to day activities for member firm standard and brand health check assessments programs
  • Manage portfolio governance senior associate and two contractors who are responsible for (1) platform webmasters for Brand Space and Story Space, global online asset management systems for brand and storytelling, respectively, and (2) day-to-day brand protection management on the PhishLabs platform
  • Act as leader for Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s brand protection efforts by helping to mitigate issues and escalating, where appropriate, to proper extended team members in legal/risk/MFs/perception monitoring/cyber risk/security ops/threat intelligence/threat monitoring groups. Additionally, ongoing educational sessions and compiling quarterly reports for global senior brand leadership is needed to keep a proactive flow of the state of brand protection is required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key geography and business stakeholders, and through regular engagements, strengthen the brand champion network and grow the extended team to build increased Deloitte brand ambassadorship
  • Interact with internal stakeholders (legal, risk, cyber) and external vendors (asset management, visual identity, photography) as needed to support the protection initiatives and portfolio system

You are someone with:

  • BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred
  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
  • Avanced subject matter expertise in branding fundamentals, with demonstrated ability to construct, actively manage and proactively communicate cross-functional brand standards
  • Proven ability to connect and lead without direct authority in organization- and industry-specific business models with tools and resources of brand expression
  • Expert level proficiency of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms
  • Experience working with senior partners/leadership and diverse teams in a matrix environment, especially on virtual basis
  • Ability to spearhead highly collaborative efforts and delegate where necessary
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, persuasive, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to influence where no direct influence/report structures exist
  • Ability to work and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often deadline driven environment, with a practical and pragmatic approach to delivery
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work collaboratively with and through others
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex organization
