The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office located downtown Toronto.

Overview of the role

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Canada, the Brand Marketing Lead is responsible for the development and execution of all external brand marketing. This includes: mapping the brand content across paid and owned touchpoints, development of go-to-market content and media plans, and ongoing execution and optimization of these strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Leads development of brand content across wealth and capital markets (with a focus on wealth) in Canada, including development of detailed communication plan to build understanding of our value proposition
  • Lead execution of all content across social & digital media content, website, and email marketing
  • Lead and execute SEO and SEM strategy
  • Oversight of brand standards, especially graphic and video design standards, across all internal and external content
  • Lead media buying, tracking and analysis of content on LinkedIn
  • Relationship lead with media agency related to other paid media (TV, Digital, Print);
  • Team lead for corporate social responsibility program oversight and execution;
  • 1 direct report: graphic & video designer.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-10 years\' experience in brand or content strategy (on either client, platform and/or agency side)
  • Deep understanding and passion for communications, including A+ writing skills.
  • Highly collaborative
  • Financial services experience, wealth management experience a plus
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast paced environment
  • Organized with excellent time-management and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and visual)
  • Bachelor\'s degree, or College Diploma in Design / Fine Arts or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce email marketing
