Purpose of the role




The Brand Manager is responsible for all marketing and commercial operations related to the Viita brand, a brand exclusively distributed online. She ensures the smooth functioning of all strategic and operational aspects to guarantee the profitability, growth, coherence, and performance of the brand across all its channels.

Key responsibilities




Brand coordination and project management

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the brand and ensure their smooth execution. Act as the primary point of contact for all brand-related matters. Coordinate initiatives between internal teams, external suppliers, and 3PL warehouse. Develop and maintain schedules related to campaigns, launches, and various projects. Manage, update, and ensure adherence to the annual promotional calendar (marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, etc.). Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing wholesale sales and optimizing commercial performance. Maintain and develop relationships with wholesale clients while actively contributing to the identification of new business opportunities. Participate in various projects and perform any other related tasks in support of sales objectives.

Operational and logistical follow-up

Produce various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Monitor online store performance and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain communication with the warehouse (3PL) for order follow-up, returns management, and resolution of logistical issues. Create and monitor purchase orders (PO) for new product arrivals.

Customer service and channel management

Manage all customer service across all channels (email, social media, etc.). Document FAQs and establish procedures to improve the customer experience. Handle special requests, returns, and claims in coordination with the warehouse.

Content creation and marketing

Design, plan, and publish engaging content on all social platforms (Instagram & Facebook). Write and design newsletters respecting the brand's voice. Plan, coordinate, and organize product, campaign, or lifestyle photoshoots. Manage creation, scheduling, and monitoring of digital advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Analyze advertising campaign performance and propose adjustments to optimize results (CPC, ROAS, conversions). Develop and implement public relations strategies to increase brand awareness.

Website management and SEO

Define priorities and structures for home pages, banners, collection pages, and product or promotion launches. Add new products, optimize descriptions, visuals, and metadata (SEO). Enrich product pages and create related pages as needed. Collaborate with technical resources as needed to improve the user experience (UX).

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of experience in online commerce; Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English (The person must communicate in French and English to support the marketing and commercial operations of the Viita brand across Canada); Experience with an e-commerce platform (experience with Shopify is a major asset); Experience in retail (an asset); Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (an asset); Excellent command of the MS Office suite.
