Vous rel\xc3\xa8verez de la supervision du Directeur du Marketing et de la Cr\xc3\xa9ation. En tant que membre essentiel de notre \xc3\xa9quipe marketing, vous superviserez les projets et les t\xc3\xa2ches, en mettant l\'accent sur le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution de la marque, les communications, les relations publiques et la pr\xc3\xa9sence num\xc3\xa9rique de Broccolini. Ce poste bilingue exige une attention m\xc3\xa9ticuleuse aux d\xc3\xa9tails pour garantir que la marque Broccolini est repr\xc3\xa9sent\xc3\xa9e de mani\xc3\xa8re coh\xc3\xa9rente et conforme \xc3\xa0 nos normes.
Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :
  • Priorit\xc3\xa9 aux projets :
    • \xc3\x89laborer des strat\xc3\xa9gies avec la direction pour organiser efficacement les projets et les t\xc3\xa2ches.
  • Gestion de la marque :
    • Sauvegarder l\'identit\xc3\xa9 de notre marque, en garantissant l\'alignement de tous les produits.
  • Strat\xc3\xa9gie de marque et GTM :
    • Collaborer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de strat\xc3\xa9gies qui mettent l\'accent sur le contenu num\xc3\xa9rique, la r\xc3\xa9daction cr\xc3\xa9ative et les relations publiques.
  • Gestion num\xc3\xa9rique :
    • Diriger nos initiatives num\xc3\xa9riques, g\xc3\xa9rer notre site web et ex\xc3\xa9cuter des strat\xc3\xa9gies de m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux.
    • Analyser les donn\xc3\xa9es de performance pour affiner notre strat\xc3\xa9gie de marque.
    • D\xc3\xa9velopper un contenu attrayant sur les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux et maintenir une image de marque coh\xc3\xa9rente.
    • Fournir une analyse m\xc3\xa9trique d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e.s.
  • D\xc3\xa9veloppement cr\xc3\xa9atif et r\xc3\xa9daction :
    • Cr\xc3\xa9er des r\xc3\xa9cits convaincants qui trouvent un \xc3\xa9cho aupr\xc3\xa8s de notre public, tant en fran\xc3\xa7ais qu\'en anglais.
    • Maintenir une voix coh\xc3\xa9rente dans toutes les communications.
  • Gestion des relations publiques :
    • Travailler en partenariat avec le chef de cabinet pour mener des campagnes de relations publiques qui renforcent notre r\xc3\xa9putation.
    • Am\xc3\xa9liorer l\'image de notre entreprise et sa visibilit\xc3\xa9 sur le march\xc3\xa9.
    • R\xc3\xa9pondre efficacement aux demandes des m\xc3\xa9dias.
  • Coordination et collaboration :
    • Assurer la liaison avec les cadres de niveau interm\xc3\xa9diaire afin de garantir la coh\xc3\xa9rence et l\'impact des initiatives li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la marque.
    • Servir de point de contact principal pour les cadres \xc3\xa0 Montr\xc3\xa9al, en traduisant leur vision en action.
    • Collaborer avec des fournisseurs et des agences externes, superviser les contrats et les communications afin de respecter les \xc3\xa9nonc\xc3\xa9s de projet.
    • Administrer les budgets et contr\xc3\xb4ler les d\xc3\xa9penses selon les instructions de la direction g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale.
  • Leadership d\'\xc3\xa9quipe :
    • Cultiver une atmosph\xc3\xa8re de collaboration, encadrer l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et fournir un retour d\'information constructif.
    • Offrir un retour d\'information constructif pour aider les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa0 am\xc3\xa9liorer leurs r\xc3\xa9sultats et \xc3\xa0 se d\xc3\xa9velopper professionnellement.

About the position:
You will report to the Director of Marketing and Creative. As an essential member of our marketing team, you will oversee projects and tasks, focusing on Broccolini\'s brand development and execution, communications, public relations and digital presence. The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing projects, offering support and guidance to the team, and working closely with other managers to grasp their briefs and deliverables. Additionally, this position acts as a senior on-the-ground presence, supporting initiatives from the executive team based in Montreal. This bilingual position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that the Broccolini brand is represented consistently and to our standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Prioritization:
    • Collaborate closely with senior management to prioritize projects and tasks effectively.
  • Brand Stewardship:
    • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all outputs align with the corporate brand identity and positioning.
  • Brand and GTM Strategy:
    • Assist in developing brand and go-to-market strategies with a focus on digital, creative writing, and PR, then execute them seamlessly.
  • Digital Management:
    • Oversee digital initiatives, including website management and social media strategy implementation.
    • Use analytics and statistics to track brand performance and leverage insights for strategic improvements.
    • Create and manage strategies for social content development.
    • Ensure a consistent brand image across various social media channels.
    • Monitor metrics and provide detailed analysis.
  • Creative Development and Writing:
    • Craft compelling narratives and engage in storytelling to promote the brand\xe2\x80\x99s message across various platforms in both French and English.
    • Ensure a unified voice for all communications.
  • PR Management:
    • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to manage public relations campaigns, enhancing the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.
    • Focus on boosting the company\xe2\x80\x99s image and market presence.
    • Support media inquiries effectively.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Work with mid-level managers to ensure consistency and effectiveness in brand-related initiatives, following up on briefs and ensuring clarity of requirements.
    • Serve as a senior contact for executives on the ground in Montreal, ensuring their vision is implemented effectively.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies by establishing briefs, obtaining pricing, negotiating, awarding contracts, and maintaining communication to ensure adherence to briefs.
    • Work within budgets and track spending as directed by senior management.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Foster a collaborative work environment, providing guidance, inspiration, and motivation to the team.
    • Offer constructive feedback to help team members improve their outputs and grow professionally.

Qualifications:
