Your passion to plan and execute brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans to achieve financial objective and capture market share will be a good fit to this role.

  • Work in collaboration with the core team to Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets
  • Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development; Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)
  • Execute central marketing activities as well as regional initiated marketing activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines
  • Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action in collaboration with the Agile cross functional team if required to meet business objectives
  • Establish and maintain preferred partnership relationships with key customers across Canada in collaboration with the sales team, medical science liaison managers and the field team of the department of economics healthcare and patient access
Minimum requirements
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Understand the environment of the Canadian and Ontario healthcare system and the competitive landscape in order to anticipate opportunities/threats likely to influence the performance and potential of the brand
  • Distinguishes himself by his ability to work in synergy with the cross-functional team in an agile manner and his solution oriented mindset
  • Have at least 2 years of experience selling pharmaceutical products AND at least 3 years of experience in a different business role (eg, business analysis, training, medical education, etc.)
  • Master technologies and good understanding of digital marketing
