Job Description

Robert Half is working with a dynamic and innovative organization in the beauty and skin care industry committed to delivering exceptional products to their customers. We\'re seeking a talented and experienced Contract Brand Marketing Manager to join their team on a 18-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our client\'s brand in a hybrid work environment. This role requires three days onsite at our client\'s office in Oakville.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Brand Planning for assigned brands
- Conduct market research, competitive assessment, SWOT analysis
- Determine tactics for upcoming year
- Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project management of planning and campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive effective collaboration.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Management of 1 direct report

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar brand marketing role.
- Experience in the beauty or skin-care industry (luxury brands preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, insight driven mindset.
- Relationship-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in brand planning, including competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, project management skills, reporting and analyzing campaign performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
