Position Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative senior communications manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building brand equity and awareness in the North American Market. They will also be adept at creating and executing marketing communications strategies, campaigns and tactics, leading an Integrated Agency team made up of both internal and external partners, managing brand partnerships, as well as developing timelines for and managing brand programs ranging from smaller tactical executions to big 360-degree programs. You bring fresh thinking and creative ideas to expand awareness, drive brand equity and create experiential marketing opportunities.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication and creative strategies, lead internal and external partners (IAT) to bring these strategies to market.

    • Translate brand priorities to communications priorities, working with brand marketing counterparts in key markets.
    • Develop and drive timelines, workback schedules and accountability with partners
    • Develop & Drive Strategies and execution through timelines for Always on and Fully Integrated Brand Activations across touchpoints both in and out of retail stores

  • Lead communication integration with creative and media teams on 360 campaign planning, customer journey mapping, brand KPIs and provide direction for call to actions.
  • Leads brand partnership strategy - identifying, negotiating, and managing partner relationships.
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting of campaign and always on performance, gathering inputs from individual channel owners to provide recommendations on go-forward optimizations.
  • Responsible for building and managing the Annual Marketing Budget, provide monthly and quarterly reconciliation on spends as well as recommending ways to optimize spend and drive greater effectiveness and efficiencies.



  • Reporting Relationships
  • The Sr. Brand Communications Manager reports to the Sr Director of Marketing, MadeGood
  • While this role is an individual contributor role, they achieve their mandate by collaborating and influencing brand, internal and external agency team members.


Education / Qualifications Experience and Skills:
  • At least 7+ years experience in consumer-facing marketing, agency experience or in-house experience brand side
  • Proven expertise in leading cross functional partners to develop and execute creative campaigns in market
  • Strong experience in brand building via 360 content strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships.
  • Experience managing brand budgets
  • Extensive knowledge of various channels in the marketing mix and their role to driving brand growth and equity including Paid, Owned, and Earned channels (Digital, Retailer.com (omni), Public Relations, Partnerships, Experiential, In Store, etc)
  • Passion for Riverside Values
