Job Description

Align Home Organizing offers upscale whole home organizing to in-person clients in Victoria, BC and surrounding area. The owner is launching a new revenue stream of products to a broader audience.

Luxe Gift Kits is a new luxury gifting brand that curates exquisite, story-driven gift boxes that evoke wellbeing, depth, connection, and self-mastery. Each kit is crafted to reflect a meaningful lifestyle.

We're in our startup phase and seeking a detail-oriented, aesthetically attuned assistant to help bring this vision to life. You'll work directly with the founder to develop and launch the first Luxe Gift Kits. This role blends research, brand development, and social media storytelling, with a strong focus on ensuring the business foundations are financially sound and capable of supporting significant long-term growth.

Responsibilities:



You'll assist with both behind-the-scenes operations and front-facing brand presence:

Source natural, high-quality and ethically produced products and packaging that align with the brand's holistic living ethos; compare suppliers, costs, and quality to ensure luxury brand alignment Analyze pricing and evaluate cost viability and profitability to ensure financially thriving operations Research and manage vendors Assess and document viable worldwide shipping options and logistics partners to seamlessly and sustainably reach an international audience Explore B2B opportunities (boutiques, hotels, event planners, retreat hosts, corporations) Develop organized tracking systems for products, suppliers, costs, and timelines to support efficient decision-making and scalability Collaborate with the founder in brainstorming, problem-solving, and decision-making, offering thoughtful input to help shape the brand's direction Create, plan, and manage Instagram content that tells the brand story and builds emotional connection Respond to customer and client messages via Instagram and email with warmth, professionalism, and alignment to the brand voice Drive Instagram audience growth, engagement, and conversions Coordinate product and lifestyle photography Support project timelines, sample coordination, and creative execution to bring the brand vision to life with polish and precision Help execute kit assembly and mailing once production begins Assist with select personal projects and errands for the founder, such as researching local services like personal trainers, chefs, or wellness resources

What We're Looking For:



Based in or near Victoria, BC (within 2 hours' travel) Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable Excellent research and communication skills Strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling Experience managing Instagram Financially astute and comfortable evaluating cost viability and profitability Familiarity with sourcing, e-commerce, or product development Exceptional communication and interpersonal awareness - able to engage with clarity, presence, and authenticity. You value conscious, transparent dialogue and bring emotional intelligence and self-awareness to collaboration. Passion for natural, holistic, and wellness-oriented products, with an understanding of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and conscious lifestyle practices Experience with luxury brands or growing a company, bringing insight to strengthen the brand's market positioning and impact

Initial 3-month contract focused on research and development, with strong potential to extend as the brand grows Contract: approx. 10 hours per month Compensation: $35/hour to start Flexible schedule with some in-person collaboration in Victoria
