YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Manager of Brand & Product Operations, the Sample Management Office is responsible for coordinating the movement of Prototypes, Sales, Confirmation & General Marketing samples to support the Product Creation & Brand teams, for all ALDO brands & divisions. The Sample Coordinator plays the role of team lead, coordinating the priorities on the ground and managing a daily line of communication with the Brand & Product Operations Manager and representing the Sample Management team through weekly cross-functional alignment meetings.

• Team calendar management
• Representation through cross-functional alignment meetings (GTM & AGI Market Week)
• Inbound reception
• Delivery milestone & inventory entries in PLM
• Sample processing to the in-house studio for Ecomm photography
• Sample processing to the in-house studio for AGI Market Week photography (Accessories)
• Sample processing for 360 photography (FTW & HB)
• Sample processing for distribution to Merchandising for in-season management activities
• Internal distribution/circulation
• Sample Archive management for quality control related activities & for temporary storage needs related to the Brand team
• Outbound Shipping for PR, Social & Content Development teams, in coordination with the mailroom
• Sample Sale coordination
• Discard Process
• Manage Rush lists for eComm photography

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Proactive, dynamic and energetic personality
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Able to work independently and displays leadership qualities to guide the activities of a team
• Strong English and French language communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Professional, reliable and highly organized
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel & Word)
• Retail experience or interest in fashion is considered an asset
• Ability to physically manipulate sample bins and boxes
