Job Description

Branch directors plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the services of their branch.

Principal tasks:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate branch operations;
  • Direct and advise staff in the accomplishment of their tasks;
  • Plan, administer & control various budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.;
  • Maintain a good administrative management;
  • Support client services, answer client calls;
  • Offer technical support to clients & employees;
  • Take client orders;
  • Plan & participate in annual inventory;
  • Interview, hire & oversee training of staff;
  • Manage internal staff;
  • Maintain relationship with suppliers;
  • Elaborate sale strategies in order to achieve objectives;
  • Create a working climate favouring sales efficiency and insuring the development of the people in
place;
  • Evaluate the needs of his team and make necessary recommendations;
  • Study markets, trends and developments in the industry to keep up with information updates as well
as competitors' activities;
  • Develop & maintain good business relations with all internal & externals parties;
  • Ability to resolve technical problems related to product;
  • All other related duties.
