Job Description

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bowling Alley Associates. As an associate, you will play a key role in delivering a great experience to our guests. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and other inquiries. Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions for games, food, and beverages. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including lanes, seating, and common areas. Set up and maintain bowling lanes, ensuring proper equipment function and addressing any technical issues. Assist in the snack bar or cafe by taking orders, preparing food, and serving customers. Monitor the safety of guests and enforce bowling alley rules and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Participate in promotional events and assist with league nights, parties, and special events as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a passion for delivering great customer service. Assets but not required : MB Smart Choices, previous bartending, hostess/waitress experience, Food Handlers, previous short order food service experience.

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week
