About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Data Entry / Payroll Clerk to join our growing team. This position plays an essential role in supporting our daily administrative and accounting operations. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter day-to-day receipts and financial data into our systems
Maintain and organize email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
Assist accountants with various administrative and bookkeeping tasks
Enter payroll and ensure accuracy of all payroll-related data
Maintain compliance with CRA requirements, deadlines, and submissions
Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications
Experience in data entry, payroll, or an bookkeeping is an asset
Knowledge and experience using SAGE Accounting Software is a major asset
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a busy environment
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with CRA payroll and remittance processes is considered an advantage
Proficiency with computer systems and basic accounting principles is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
