Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized bookeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in various accounting software, making it crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with budget management.

Responsibilities



Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial record-keeping. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements. Support payroll processing and maintain employee records. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and reports. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Staff Support: Track and input staff hours accurately and maintain up-to-date staff files.

Skills



Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Experience with accounts receivable processes and account analysis. Familiarity with accounting software such QuickBooks. Strong skills in bank reconciliation and payroll administration. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
