Key Responsibilities:
U
pdating Quickbooks with 2.5 years worth of sales and expense data
Setting up the quickbooks for real estate company
Establishing and documenting procedure
Setting up reports
Qualifications:
5+ years Proven experience as a bookkeeper - ideally with real estate experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent Quickbook skills
Key Attributes:
Very proficient in Quickbook
Prior experience helping realtors is a plus
Excellent communication skills
