We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper (Remote) to join our team!
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Bookkeeper will be a key contributor to the finance team, accountable for maintaining, building out and monitoring all the financial records of our company. As we continue to grow, this role can be expanded into other activities based on the interest of the candidate.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports under GAAP including intercompany transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Support the annual financial statement audit and tax returns preparation
- Collaborate on special projects
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture
- Proficiency experience in business applications, including an intimate knowledge of Excel
- Not afraid to make mistakes, and accountable to learn from them
- A desire to take ownership
- Team-oriented personality with ability to work independently
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, meet deadlines, and take direction
- Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Adaptable, always growing and improving
