Impact Kids Martial Arts is a growing gym specializing in children's Muay Thai for kids ages 3 to 12. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Bookkeeper

to manage our financial records, transactions, and reporting. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional onsite responsibilities. Candidate must also have a heart of a teacher to work closely with CEO on recoard keeping.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.

Payroll & Tax Support

Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Calculate and track employee hours and compensation. Assist with tax filings and end-of-year financial reporting.

Budgeting & Financial Reporting

Prepare financial statements and reports for management. Track income, expenses, and overall financial health of the gym. Provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.

General Accounting Support

Maintain accurate records for memberships, tuition payments, and refunds. Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements. Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping software. (WaveApp is a bonus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets. Experience in payroll processing and tax compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior bookkeeping experience required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$22 - $30 per hour (depending on experience).
