Responsibilities
? Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold
calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and
providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts and
satisfaction.
Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify
potential business opportunities and challenges
Issue quotes, prepare bids and make formal presentations to prospective customers
Maintain database of key contacts, activities and opportunities
Consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and territory analyses
Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Requirements:
3-5 years of B2B sales or BD experience (consulting or tech background helps).
You can explain "digital transformation" without making it sound like a sci-fi movie.
You're great at listening, really listening before you present
Comfortable talking to owners, GMs, or CFOs of small-to-mid businesses.
You follow through, stay organized, and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive is a nice bonus.
What's In It For You
Base + commission (Starting Range 60,000 CAD, depending on experience).
