The Opportunity We're looking for a talented bookkeeper to join our team!Are you an experienced bookkeeper?Do you have experience working with an accounting firm?Do you enjoy training clients on Sage and QuickBooks?If so, we would love to hear from you!We can't wait to see your experience in action:

  • Maintaining clients' accounting records using Sage and QuickBooks
  • Preparation and submission of HST, WSIB and EHT filings
  • Year-end adjustments
  • Training clients on all aspects of Sage and QuickBooks, such as job costing and budgeting within the program
  • Trouble shooting when clients call in
  • Completing T1, T3, T4/T5 returns
  • Assisting with various corporate and personal tax planning
  • Preparing payroll
  • Travelling to clients to provide exceptional service
We know you've got what it takes:
  • 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience - CPA firm experience a welcome asset
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of CaseWare, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • An impeccable eye for detail, with great retention and recall
  • Ability to travel for client site visits
The Salary for this rewarding position, ranging from $37,000 - $42,000, is commensurate with experience.
