We are a multi-disciplinary clinic currently looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to assist in keeping our financial records up to date.

Time commitment



Full-time. Bookkeeper is required to report during the work week, monday to friday, 9am to 5pm office hours.

Work location - Canadian Sleep Consultants - Southeast Clinic

Required Skills:



Familiarity with Quickbooks online.

Knowledgeable and proficient using Microsoft Excel.



Working knowledge with basic accounting practices, bookkeeping

Highly attentive to detail

Analytical, with problem solving skills

Can work with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities would involve:



maintaining records and balance various accounts Posting and encoding journal entries Scanning, preparing staff reimbursements Assist in monitoring and processing accounts receivables and payables Prepare trial balance of books Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
