Capital Auto is a growing and well-established automotive dealership and service center serving the Lower Sackville area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Bookkeeper
to support our day-to-day financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage
accounts payable
andaccounts receivable
Prepare and processbi-weekly payroll
Record and reconcileall credit card and banking transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-datefinancial records
Assist withmonthly reports
and basic financial statementsQualifications:
Minimum of
2 years of bookkeeping experience
Previous experience in a dealership or repair shop environment is considered an advantage Proficiency withpayroll systems
and general accounting principles Familiarity withPBS Systems
is considered a plus High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Ability towork independently
, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlinesPreferred:
CPA designation
or active enrollment in a CPA program(Higher compensation will be considered for CPA-certified candidates)
