Job Description


The Speech Clinic is a dedicated team of more than

40 Speech-Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants

who are passionate about effective communication therapy and the joy of making positive changes in people's lives.

We are seeking a bright, energetic

Bookkeeper to help support the financial operations of this amazing team

. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills are essential.

This position includes group benefits such as health, drug, dental, and travel health coverage.

Responsibilities include:



Payroll processing Account billing and receivables Monthly and annual budgeting for government contracts Using multiple software programs, including Sage, AlayaCare, TREAT, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel Developing and monitoring employee contracts

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
