Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced

Full-Time Bookkeeper

to join our team. This role is primarily office-based with the flexibility to periodically work from home. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, providing accurate and timely bookkeeping and payroll services. Some travel to client offices within the GTA will be required.

Job Scope



75%

- Bookkeeping (data entry, reconciliations, financial reporting)

15%

- Payroll administration (processing payroll, remittances, year-end T4s)

10%

- Ad hoc administrative/accounting tasks

Location & Work Arrangement



Primary office: Bayview Ave & Highway 7 Option to work from home on days not scheduled at the office or client site

Travel Requirements



Access to a reliable vehicle is required for periodic travel to client offices

Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience (experience with law firms is an asset) Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Legal software Solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes Excellent communication skills; able to work directly with clients in a professional manner Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment preferred CPA PEP Program: If enrolled, we may provide tuition reimbursement and time off for studies (at our discretion)
