Senior Bookkeeper

to join our team and take ownership of our financial record keeping and reporting.

The Role

You'll be responsible for advanced-level financial record keeping, managing ledgers, and preparing financial statements. This role requires independence, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger and subsidiary ledgers Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports Reconcile accounts and ensure financial data accuracy Oversee accounts payable and receivable Work with automated financial systems and accounting software Support management with financial reporting and analysis

What We're Looking For

10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

Accounting diploma required

Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Ability to work independently, with a high level of accuracy and accountability Excellent organizational and communication skills Team player who can also operate with autonomy

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000-$100,000 annual salary (based on experience)
