The impact you will have:




The Bookkeeping Administrator is a key member of the Family Office team, responsible for managing day-to-day financial records, supporting administrative needs, and ensuring precision in all accounting-related activities. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy to support the financial wellbeing and operational efficiency of the family's enterprises and personal affairs.

Bookkeeping & Accounting:



Record and reconcile bank transactions, credit card statements Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries Manage accounts payable Track income, expenses, and intercompany transfers Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Administrative Support:



Organize and maintain financial documents and files Handle confidential documents with sensitivity and discretion Assist with subscriptions and service contracts

Family Office Support:



Provide support for property management Assist with philanthropic and trust-related documentation Help manage travel, event planning, and personal appointments as needed

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial admin (preferably in family office or private wealth settings) High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Dext) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent discretion and confidentiality Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
