Individuals will work with global clients in multiple segments by coordinating group hotel bookings from key global accounts. The Specialist will provide crucial assistance to Wyndham\'s sales team and customers, helping enable revenue growth while gaining exposure across all aspects of the end-to-end sales process.The Booking Specialist will work through multiple mediums (phone, web, client software, and email) to solicit and convert revenue opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing key accounts.The Booking Specialist position is focused on sourcing and building opportunities for Globally Managed Accounts. They will use revenue management tools to review forecasts, occupancy, and potential rates to submit proposals to their clients. They will be required to pitch and sell the best options to their customers over the phone and through email. These team members may or may not be responsible for also building the reservations or group blocks.What you\'ll doA Booking Specialist\'s core job function is to convert and process incoming leads that arrive via the Toll-Free Number as well as emails received through Salesforce. The Specialist assists guests in obtaining the best hotels and rates for their needs and will convert on these opportunities using their sales skills.Primary responsibilities include supporting our global customers and sellers by handling activities across the sales process as well as across multiple opportunities.Core job functions will include:
