We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Have booking keeping experience and have knowlege with quick books
understand importing (CARM)
assist on the shop floor with till
receiving and tagging new merchandise
deal with returns and receiving return authorizations from suppliers
Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Handling basic bookkeeping duties including invoicing and expense tracking
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Previous clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
