detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper

to join our growing internal finance team.

Position Overview



The Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing the financial operations of multiple condominium corporations. This position requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with property managers, auditors, and board members.

The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities



Financial Reporting & Reconciliation



Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned condominium corporations. Reconcile bank accounts and review financial data for accuracy and completeness. Enter year-end adjustments from the auditor and perform annual close-off procedures.

Banking, Cash Management and Investments



Serve as the primary liaison with financial institutions and investment advisors. Perform online payments, e-transfers, and other digital transactions. Update and maintain investment schedules for assigned corporations.

Compliance & Reporting



Handle Canada Revenue Agency reporting obligations including preparing and filing HST returns and payroll remittances. Maintain compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordination & Support



Assist in the preparation of management agreements as needed. Respond to inquiries from Property Managers and, where required, communicate directly with Boards of Directors regarding financial matters.

Qualifications & Skills



Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, preferably in a property management or multi-entity environment. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A collaborative and professional approach with internal teams, contractors, and clients. Familiarity with condominium management operations is considered an asset.

Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
