We're looking for a

Bookkeeper / Scheduler

who loves being organized, connecting with people, and keeping a team moving forward. If you enjoy a mix of numbers, customer service, and coordinating a busy day -- you'll feel right at home here.

What Your Day Could Look Like

You start your morning with a friendly meeting -- everyone on the same page, everyone supporting each other. You're the heartbeat of the office: helping customers, answering calls with confidence and kindness. You keep our books clean and accurate, and it feels good knowing your work makes the whole company stronger. Throughout the day, technicians and office staff rely on you -- and they show their appreciation. You leave at the end of the day feeling fulfilled, valued, and part of something meaningful. Bookkeeper is done with a third party and there is a full time scheduler on site to help.
