NOW HIRING: Body Shop Coordinator/Administrator LOCATION: Carstar Summerside, Summerside, PEI HOURS: Full time, Permanent. 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be reliable and show initiative.
Exhibits patience and maintains a calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
Presents a professional personal appearance.
Possesses a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
Prior experience in customer service or body shop operations is an asset.
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome in person, over the phone, and via email.
Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing messages to the appropriate staff members.
Create, maintain and update files, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Properly documenting damages on clients vehicles.
Facilitate communication between the body shop, insurance companies, and clients, providing updates on repair progress, coordinating approvals, and addressing any concerns.
Conduct regular audits of files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, generating reports, and coordinating appointments and deliveries.
