Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Body Shop Advisor to join the team at our Triple Seven Chrysler Collision Centre in Regina.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships between dealerships, insurance companies and Collision Centre customers and staff
• Greet customers as they enter our facility and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls, as well as making outbound phone calls, in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure coverage of Collision Centre desk at all times
• Responsible for creating and closing workorders
• Ensure all pickups and payments are handled in professional manner
• A/R duties and clerical duties as assigned by management
• Communicating with SGI
• Communicating with and updating the Body Shop technicians
• Scheduling appointments

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Automotive Autobody shop and/or Automotive dealership
• Preference will be given to candidates with SGI related experience
• Experience with Mitchell Connect and CDK software considered an asset
• Proficient with MS Office (MS Word/Excel, MS Outlook)
• Highly motivated
• Exceptional customer relationship builder
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in order to meet deadlines
• Meticulous focus and attention to detail to complete and close documentation
• Ability to take ownership
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment to achieve collision center goals
• Have the drive and desire to establish a career with a first-class organization
• All required training for the position will be provided
