What You'll Do:


Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls, greeting, and assisting customers with their needs. Downloading claims, sending collision links, and organizing claim intake. Opening and closing glass claims, collision claims, and repair orders (R.O.s). Training in estimating standards and auditing claims as needed. Booking customers for repairs and keeping them updated electronically.

Skills & Experience:

Computer skills are an asset. Customer service experience of 3+ years preferred (but not required). MPI collision center experience of 3+ years preferred (but not required).
