Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Blown-In Insulation Installer to join our residential insulation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing blown-in insulation, with the ability to work efficiently in a variety of home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install blown-in insulation in residential homes
Load, unload, and maintain insulation materials and equipment
Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience installing insulation
Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights
Must have reliable transportation to the shop each morning
Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Compensation:
$22-$28 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
