We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Blown-In Insulation Installer

to join our team. This position involves installing blown-in insulation in attics, walls, and other spaces to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

No prior insulation experience? No problem! We provide full training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Safely install blown-in insulation in attics, walls, and other spaces Load and unload insulation materials and set up equipment Prepare job sites, follow all safety procedures, and maintain a clean work environment Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards Communicate with team members and customers professionally Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

Requirements:

Experience in construction or insulation is an asset, but

we are willing to train

Ability to work in

confined spaces and attics

(hot or cold conditions) Comfortable working from ladders and in various weather conditions Physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Valid

driver's license

and reliable transportation Positive attitude, punctual, and strong work ethic Commitment to following

safety regulations

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Some Saturdays during peak season
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
