  • Works with the Manager to execute bilingual communications to inform and engage employees
  • Creates an annual communications calendar to ensure optimal pacing of bilingual messaging
  • Manage Store Operations communication, calendars and documents are up to date, and all content is managed according to existing protocols
  • Writing appropriate content for multiple channels and communication vehicles that adheres to corporate messaging and style guidelines in English and French
  • Coordinate translation and proof all corporate and store communications, including weekly communications, posts, emails and attachments
  • Coordinate task management support and creation through our task management platform with internal stakeholders across the organization
  • You are responsible for coordinating with our external platform partner\xe2\x80\x99s regarding updates, technical difficulties and training
  • Coordinate and lead French focus groups with field teams on an as needed basis
  • Work with Canadian Tire Translation Team to create and manage translation library that ensure consistent translation across the banners
  • You are responsible for executing communications and engagement strategies to inform and unite our cross-functional teams throughout Canada in both English and French
  • You will drive the execution and evolution of these strategies across multiple channels, languages and formats, working in close collaboration and partnership with internal stakeholders across the organization
  • You will measure communications/engagement analytics to drive and support an evolving, on-going, and data-driven strategy
  • You manage relationships with other communications content owners in the business to continually drive development of best practices, engagement and awareness
  • You are on the pulse of what other brands/industries are doing in the communications & internal engagement space
What you bring
  • Post-secondary education, ideally in Marketing, Communications and/or Management
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years project management experience in both AGILE and traditional methodologies
  • Fluently bilingual in Canada\xe2\x80\x99s two official languages, English and French
  • Adept at strategic analysis with exceptional decision-making skills
  • Technical, corporate writing capabilities
  • Clear, articulate communication competency
  • You know InDesign or alternative tools to produce beautiful visuals
  • You take an innovative approach to communications leveraging technology and digital tools to serve specific audience needs
  • You are adept at calmly and effectively managing complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications within tight timelines
  • Passion for internal engagement and employee experience
