Job Duties
The instructor is responsible for the planning, instruction, delivery, evaluation, and reporting duties for one of the science classes identified and must be able to develop remote learning, virtual classroom instruction consistent with curriculum guidelines.
The instructor will use his/her/their professional training, qualifications, and experience in developing a learning environment that meets the needs of adult students.
- Rate of pay according to the Extension hiring guidelines of the Collective bargaining agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Description
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent
Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate
- Proof of current accreditation in Saskatchewan in the chosen area(s) of Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics.
Subject specialization in either of the 3 sciences (through a combination of training and/or teaching experience)
Membership with the SPTRB
