Job Description

Are you a Billing professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? Robert Half is searching for a Billing Specialist to work with our growing client located in the Markham area. This is a new full time permanent position with the organization due to growth. As the Billing Specialist you will be responsible for;
- Generate invoices in the system and ensure accuracy of invoices
- Maintain existing accounts and set up of new accounts in the system
- Investigate and resolve billing issues
- Liaise and maintain relationships with clients, property managers, third party vendors
- Process payments, deposits and adjustments in a timely manner
- Contribute to the Billing process by making recommendations and identifying process improvements within billing processes
- Prepare reports for management
- Participate in special projects

Key Qualifications
- 2+ year's Billing experience is required
- Post secondary education in business administration, accounting or similar preferred
- Knowledge of billing cycle
- Experience with ERP such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards preferred
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team player mindset
