Position: Billing Specialist
Location: Dorval - Hybrid
Salary: $45,000 to $52,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with partial remote after training
We are searching for a Billing Specialist to assist our key client in the governmental and safety sector. You\'ll be in charge of keeping track of money due to them by clients, preparing various invoices, and keeping records up to date.
Reporting to the Billing and Audit Manager, you must be accurate, detail-oriented, and able to write when processing accounts and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of billing data and information provided by clients
- Report and request modifications from the various departments
- Issue invoices to clients and enter into accounting software
- Create irregular invoices and other necessary billing documents
- Make sequential follow ups of actions related to invoicing
- Prepare cheque deposits
You need:
- Strong French skills required but will need to be able to communicate with customers across Canada
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong skills in the use of MS Office and Excel
