Are you a Billing professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? Robert Half is searching for a Billing Specialist to work with our growing client located in the Markham area. This is a new full time permanent position with the organization due to growth. As the Billing Specialist you will be responsible for;

• Generate invoices in the system and ensure accuracy of invoices
• Maintain existing accounts and set up of new accounts in the system
• Investigate and resolve billing issues
• Liaise and maintain relationships with clients, property managers, third party vendors
• Process payments, deposits and adjustments in a timely manner
• Contribute to the Billing process by making recommendations and identifying process improvements within billing processes
• Prepare reports for management
• Participate in special projects

• 2+ year\'s Billing experience is required
• Post secondary education in business administration, accounting or similar preferred
• Knowledge of billing cycle
• Experience with ERP such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards preferred
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team player mindset
