About you:



We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Eligibility Administrator to join our Finance team in Calgary. In this role, you'll be an essential part of delivering excellent service to our clients by managing eligibility processes and ensuring accurate, timely billing.

What You'll Do

Eligibility Management



Maintain client portfolios across various systems Set up benefit plans, policies, and insured profiles for accurate invoicing Process enrollments and terminations Input renewal changes and rates Generate reports for stakeholders

Billing Operations



Prepare and send timely premium invoices to clients Analyze and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy Process cheque requests and commission summaries

Client Communication



Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly Provide coverage confirmations to plan administrators Collaborate with other departments as needed Maintain confidential client files
What We're Looking For

Required



College diploma or degree preferred 1-3 years of relevant business experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong English communication skills (oral and written) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Keen attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task

Nice to Have



Invoicing or insurance experience French language skills Advanced MS Excel knowledge Familiarity with insurance terminology Knowledge of KPIs and metrics

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
