Our commercial teams help ensure that the business takes sound decisions through robust planning, careful pricing, sound contracts, skilled procurement and rigorous evaluation of every major business decision.Primary role purpose: The primary purpose of the position will be to efficiently provide accurate, complete & timely billing services to our customers and the acquisition and processing of data.Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Complete tasks within assigned targets/service levels
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details prior to entry into billing system
  • Handle standard customer on-boarding and maintenance activities
  • Assist with quality assurance functions associated with billing operations activities
  • Ensure required quality standards are met by operating effective controls procedures
  • Good understanding of billing system and associated reference data
  • Basic error handling on system and/or data issues
  • Investigate, resolve and respond to queries
  • Assist with the resolution of unbilled items
  • Personal development / participate in development training to meet personal potential
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Completion of billing activities (bill run, task completion, etc.) within established targets
  • Accuracy of billing data
  • On time and 'right first time' billing/invoicing
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to manage repetitive monthly tasks to high standards
  • Effective time management - ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in handling billing processes, systems and tools for standard billing activities
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technology - specifically MS Office, SAP, Single View
  • Ability to work with others as part of a team
