Job Description


Join our dynamic team as a Billing Clerk and become a vital part of our financial operations! In this energetic role, you will manage the billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, and support the overall revenue cycle management.



Prepare, review, and process invoices using various TMS truck software and accounting software such as QuickBooks,Fleet Manager and other financial systems. Conduct data entry with precision, including journal entries, Analyze account statements to identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution; perform account analysis regularly. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to billing inquiries via phone or email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.



Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Excellent data entry skills with a focus on 10 key typing accuracy and speed. Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear customer interactions via phone or written correspondence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
